Full payment is due by 4:30 pm on the 15th of every month. A late fee will be added to any account not paid in full by 4:30 on 15th. Past due accounts must be paid in full before set date (found on the back of your bill) to avoid disconnect. Once service has been scheduled for disconnect, you must pay the original bill PLUS a reconnect fee to allow continuation of service.

The link below will send you to "Ampstun". This is the billing system that we recommend for you to use. You will need to login or click "consumer registration" if you do not have an account. You will need your account number to register. This can be found on your bill, or you can contact the office for this information.

Mail payment to P.O. Box 369 Salt Lick, KY 40371. BCWD is not responsible for failure in mail delivery, checks in transit, and/or checks lost in transit. 

Night Depository:

You can drop off a payment in our night depository box located on the front door of our office (21 Church St. Salt Lick, KY 40371). BCWD prefers customers to leave check or money order in night drop box.
